Live Printing Terms and Conditions

 

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Submitting the Live Printing Booking Request form does not guarantee a booking. All requests are manually reviewed and confirmation will be provided via email.

  • To secure your live print booking, the balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.

  • If full payment is not received on time, the booking may be canceled without notice or offered to another client.

  • ​Bookings are only confirmed once the full payment has been received.

 

2a. Pricing and Payment for Private Individuals

  • The live printing service fee is €300 for a 2-hour session, which includes:

  • Up to 2 custom designs (2 screens).

  • Up to 2 ink colors.

  • Unlimited printing within the time frame.

  • Additional bundles of t-shirts and tote bags are available for purchase and must be selected in advance. These are not included in the €300 base rate and are non-refundable once ordered.

  • All prices are final and subject to change. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price is locked in.

2b. Pricing and Payment for Corporate Clients

  • The live printing service fee will be one of the agreed upon options outlined in the Live Printing Booking Request email the corporate client will receive upon request submission.

  • The client is required to adhere to the agreement made between Roisin Ni Loingsigh and the client in the emails following the Live Printing Booking Request form submission. 

  • The agreed upon price is final and payable within 24 hrs of the client receiving their invoice.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Cancellations by the Client:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a partial refund of 50% (excluding any costs relating to delivery of any t-shirt or tote bundles you may have purchased which are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Cancellations by Me: If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

4. Event Logistics & Client Responsibilities

  • Printing Environment: Client must provide a safe and suitable space of approx 5m x 5m for the live printing session including ventilation, good lighting and work surfaces.

  • Venue & Setup: Clients must provide a suitable indoor or covered outdoor space for printing, with a flat working surface and access to electricity. If the event is held outdoors Outdoor events are held at the client's risk. Roisin Ni Loingsigh will not be held responsible  for cancellations due to unsuitable weather conditions that would interfere or result in total cancelation of the live printing event. The client will be not be entitled to a refund if a weather event resulting in the cancellation of the live printing event occurs.

  • Printing Items: If the client provides their own items for printing, they must be suitable for screen printing (e.g., cotton t-shirts, tote bags). I am not responsible for printing issues caused by unsuitable materials.

  • Attendee Management: The client is responsible for managing attendees and ensuring they follow instructions during the session.

  • Damages: The client is responsible for ensuring that guests treat the equipment respectfully. Any damage to printing equipment caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.

  • Liability: Roisin Ni Loingsigh and her employees are not responsible for any damage to client-provided materials during the printing process.

5. Conduct & Safety 

  • I reserve the right to terminate the event if there are safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour or if the working conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Any theft, vandalism or threatening behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the service with no refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

 

6. Liability & Damage

  • I take no responsibility for any accidental damage to clothing or personal belongings during the event.

  • Participation in live printing is at the client’s own risk, and I am not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session.

  • If the client or attendees cause damage to equipment or materials, they will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

 

7. Design & Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs provided by the client must be original work or properly licensed. I am not responsible for copyright infringement issues related to client-supplied artwork.

  • I reserve the right to refuse printing any designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate copyright laws.

  • Designs created by me remain my intellectual property unless a separate licensing agreement is made.

 

8. Modifications & Additional Fees

  • Any changes to the booking (e.g., new designs, extra prints) must be requested at least 14 days in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Last-minute changes may not be possible and are at my discretion.

 

 

 

Agreement

 

By submitting a live printing booking request, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
